Dear Matt, Recently I bought your tangerines—absolutely delicious. Bought your beautiful Fl Avacado’s they are huge and Green with smooth skins I am used to the California Avacodo that is black when ripe and rough! How do I know when your fruit is ripe and ready to eat?
Thanks for the note Tom and Nancy. When it comes to maturity for Florida avocados give them a gentle squeeze. They are ripe when soft and do not change colors like the CA variety.
By the way, the FL avocado is 1/2 the fat and 1/3 the calories of the CA avocado. Happy eating and I hope you enjoy them!

Where can I buy Uncle Matt’s in pennsylvania? Is your orange juice sold in Giant Eagle or Walmart? I am trying to eat healthier foods. Thank you!
Unfortunately we are not in Giant Eagle or Wal-Mart, however you will be able to find us in Whole Foods in your region beginning in October. You can also try your local health food store. If the local health food store doesn’t carry us they can buy us through UNFI, which is the largest distributor of our products nationwide.
